- Business name and details provided during client onboarding

- Page views, referral sources, and general usage patterns via privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible Analytics)
- IP address for rate limiting and spam prevention on contact form submissions
We do not use cookies for tracking. Plausible Analytics is a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics platform that does not track individual users or collect personally identifiable information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information only for the purpose for which it was collected:
- To respond to enquiries submitted through contact forms
- To provide website development and hosting services to clients
- To send service-related communications (project updates, maintenance notifications)
- To improve our services based on aggregated, anonymised usage data
We do not use your information for marketing purposes unless you have explicitly opted in. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.
4. How We Store and Protect Your Information
Personal information is stored on a secured server hosted in Australia. All websites are served over HTTPS (encrypted connections), and the server is maintained with regular security updates and access controls. Access to personal information is restricted to the business owner.
Contact form submissions are delivered via SendGrid using encrypted email delivery.
5. Data Retention
- Contact form submissions: retained for 12 months, then deleted
- Client project data: retained for the duration of the service agreement, plus 90 days after termination
- Analytics data: aggregated and anonymised; no individual user data is retained
- Server logs: retained for 30 days for security and troubleshooting purposes
6. Third Parties
We share personal information only with the following service providers, and only to the extent necessary to deliver our services:
- SendGrid (Twilio Inc.) — email delivery for contact form submissions
- Hosting provider — server infrastructure located in Australia
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly website analytics (no personal data shared)
We do not share personal information with any other third parties unless required by law.
7. Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Lodge a complaint about how we handle your information
